What is useful to include
- A puzzle that graded oddly — the difficulty, and the time and date you played it, so it can be reproduced.
- Something broken — which browser and which device, and what you saw.
- A printing problem — your paper size and how many puzzles per page you chose.
- A feature you want — what you were trying to do when you wanted it.

Advertising enquiries and press questions go to the same address. Requests to publish sponsored links or guest articles are declined.

Your email is used only to answer you, and is not added to any mailing list. See the privacy policy.
Suggestions worth sending
The site grows from what people ask for. Puzzle variants, a different printable layout, a strategy guide that goes further than the eight already here, a language that is missing — all of it is worth an email, and several parts of the site exist because somebody asked.
What we cannot help with
- Solving a specific puzzle from another site or a newspaper.
- Puzzle books and apps published by other people.
- Link exchanges, sponsored posts and guest articles.
For everything else, including a puzzle here that behaved oddly, please do write.

How quickly do you reply?
Usually within a few days. Reports of a broken page get looked at first.
Do you accept guest posts?
No. Sponsored links and guest articles are declined without exception.
I found a puzzle with no solution — what now?
Please write in with the difficulty and the date and time you played. Every puzzle is verified during generation, so a genuine failure is a bug worth chasing.
