SudokuPath is free to use for personal enjoyment. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent it as your own, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other visitors.
Puzzles you generate
Puzzles you generate and print are yours to use for personal solving, classroom handouts, club sheets, care homes, and non-commercial newsletters. A credit is appreciated but not required.
Republishing generated puzzles as a competing puzzle website or app, or selling them as a puzzle product, is not permitted.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. Puzzles are checked for a unique solution and a logical solving path when they are generated, and we intend every one to be correct — but the site is offered without warranty, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
Advertising
Pages carry advertising from third parties. We do not control the content of individual adverts and are not responsible for the sites they lead to.
Links
Links to other sites are offered for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above records when they last did.
Availability
The site is offered as a free service and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time. No uptime is promised, and no feature is guaranteed to remain — though puzzles that already work in your browser keep working for as long as the page stays open, because they are generated on your device.
Your data
Progress, times and streaks are stored by your browser on your own device, not by us. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and there is no way for anyone — including us — to restore them. If a streak matters to you, do not rely on it surviving a new phone.
Governing terms
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where local law gives you more than these terms do, local law applies.
